Delivery Service Providers:
We use the services of carriers namely Coyote Go, UPS, and King of Freight.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, size, dimensions, destination, and other factors in relation to the items in the order.
Customs, Duties, Taxes, And Tariffs:
All fees including and not limited to taxes, or any other governmental fees or charges imposed in relation to shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Confirmation, Processing, and Shipping:
After an order is placed, please spare us some time for processing the order. The order processing may take up to 24 hours’ time. Generally, the orders placed between 08.00 A.M. and 11 A.M. on a particular business day will be considered to be placed within that particular business day. The order processing will be completed as soon as possible and the customer will receive a shipment confirmation email containing the tracking number within 24 hours after the order processing is completed.
Commencement of Shipping Time:
The shipping time shall commence from the date the order will be shipped by us and not from the date of placing an order by the customer from us.
Order Processing on National Holidays:
If an order is placed on weekends or federal holidays, then the same will not be processed on such days.
Delay in Order Processing Time:
The order processing times may be delayed when we are experiencing a high volume of orders or due to the festivals or mega sale events or other reasons.
The expected shipping time as per the shipping packages chosen by the customer will be as follows:
• Standard: 7 to 14 calendar days;
• Express: 3 to 4 calendar days;
Deliveries to remote areas or rural locations will be carried out in accordance with the above-said timelines.
P. O. (Post Office) Boxes:
We do not ship to P. O. (Post Office) Boxes.
IN-STORE PICKUP OR LOCAL STORE PICKUP:
We have made in-store pickup available for you. You can collect your package from 502 Rusk Ave, Wells TX 75976 by visiting within the timings 10.00 A.M. to 03.00 P.M. CST.
DELAYS DUE TO UNCONTROLLABLE EVENTS:
The expected order delivery date or shipping time schedule may be extended for reasons including and not limited to natural disasters or strikes or other reasons. Although such delays are beyond our reasonable control yet we are apologetic for the inconvenience caused to the customer. If the shipment delivery is delayed significantly, we will contact the customer via email for further notifications.
The customer shall make sure that the delivery address he/she provides is accurate and if there are any mistakes or errors in it then the same shall be corrected before checkout. In case a wrong address is provided by the customer and the shipment is delivered at the wrong address then the carrier will re-attempt the order delivery only if the customer pays the additional costs for the re-attempt of order delivery.
NOTIFICATION OF DELAY:
In case of a significant delay in the order processing time, we will notify the customer of the same.
ORDER NOT RECEIVED:
If you do not receive your order within the scheduled shipping deadline, please contact us within 24 hours with your name and order number, and we will look into the matter for you.
THE COURSE OF ACTION FOR MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES:
If in any case a package is lost or goes missing then we will address the issue on a case-to-case basis and will reimburse based on the investigation.
